Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_SERVER_PATH | No | The path where the MCP server is exposed (e.g. /mcp). | |
| MCP_SERVER_PORT | No | The port the MCP server listens on (e.g. 5002). | |
| GATEWAY_BASE_URL | No | The base URL for the Interactive Brokers Client Portal Gateway used for authentication (e.g. localhost). Used to navigate to https://{GATEWAY_BASE_URL}:{GATEWAY_PORT} to log in. | |
| MCP_TRANSPORT_PROTOCOL | No | The transport protocol used by the MCP server (e.g. streamable-http). |
