| TRUST_PROXY | No | Set to 'true' to relax DNS-rebinding Host header check when behind a reverse proxy. | |
| EVERNOTE_MCP_TOKEN | No | Bearer token to authenticate MCP client requests. If unset, the server accepts unauthenticated calls (only safe on localhost). | |
| EVERNOTE_TOKEN_FILE | No | Path to the JSON file containing Evernote token and noteStoreUrl. Defaults to ~/.evernote-token.json |
