Prepare an external direct HTTPS MP4/MOV or WAV/MP3 reference for generate_video. Select modelId/tier from list_models. Returns mediaUrl and measured duration. Public links are scheduled for cleanup seven days after upload; reuse on retries, not for permanent hosting. Does not generate or spend credits; requires positive purchased credits. This local compatibility path uses an existing API key; new connections use remote OAuth. Local files can be passed directly to generate_video.
