### 1. 下载并启动

安装版按向导安装；便携版直接运行，无需安装。

### 2. 配置 Web Harness

打开应用，创建或选择账户，设置本地工作区，启动 MCP 服务与 Tunnel。

### 3. 连接 ChatGPT

1. 在 Web Harness 中打开**接入指引**，查看 Connector 地址。
2. 在 [ChatGPT](https://chatgpt.com) 设置中启用**开发者模式**。
3. 在应用与连接器设置中添加自定义 MCP 连接器，填入 Web Harness 提供的地址。
4. 完成连接后，即可在对话中调用 Web Harness 工具。
