| BASECAMP_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | Your Basecamp OAuth client secret. | |
| BASECAMP_MCP_TOKEN_FILE | No | Optional path to the OAuth token file. Defaults to <project>/oauth_tokens.json. Both the OAuth app and MCP server read this variable. |
