Zendesk MCP Server

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`ZENDESK_EMAIL`	No	Your Zendesk email address, used with ZENDESK_API_KEY for the deprecated API token authentication.
`ZENDESK_API_KEY`	No	Your Zendesk API key for the deprecated API token authentication. Zendesk is retiring API tokens; prefer OAuth with ZENDESK_CLIENT_ID.
`ZENDESK_CLIENT_ID`	No	The Identifier of the public Zendesk OAuth client registered in Admin Center. When set, OAuth authentication takes precedence over the deprecated API token authentication.
`ZENDESK_SUBDOMAIN`	Yes	The Zendesk subdomain, e.g. acme for https://acme.zendesk.com
`ZENDESK_TOKEN_FILE`	No	Location of the OAuth token store. Defaults to ~/.config/zendesk-mcp/tokens.json. Override when storing tokens elsewhere, for example a Docker volume.	$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/zendesk-mcp/tokens.json
`ZENDESK_OAUTH_SCOPES`	No	OAuth scopes to request. Defaults cover every tool this server exposes; narrow them (e.g. 'tickets:read users:read hc:read' for read-only access) if you do not need every tool.
`ZENDESK_OAUTH_REDIRECT_URI`	No	OAuth redirect URI. Must match a redirect URL registered on the OAuth client exactly. Change it if port 4567 is in use, or if the client is registered with a different redirect URL.	http://localhost:4567/callback
