| APPLE_MAIL_READ_ONLY | No | Set to `true` to remove the `write` tool entirely. The assistant can read and search, but can't send, move, delete or create anything. A good default for a shared or work machine. | |
| APPLE_MAIL_DEFAULT_ACCOUNT | No | Used when the assistant doesn't name an account, e.g. `Work`. |
