Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| WAXUM_MODE | No | Mode for connecting to waxum: 'client' or 'spawn'. Default auto-detected: 'client' if WAXUM_BASE_URL is set, otherwise 'spawn'. | |
| WAXUM_PORT | No | Port for the spawned waxum process. Default 3451. | 3451 |
| WAXUM_TOKEN | No | Superadmin token or session token for waxum. In client mode, required; in spawn mode, optional (if unset, a random one is generated and used as SUPERADMIN_TOKEN). | |
| WAXUM_WORKDIR | No | Working directory for the spawned waxum process. Default: binary's directory. | |
| WAXUM_BASE_URL | No | Base URL of an already-running waxum instance. Required in client mode. | |
| WAXUM_MEDIA_DIR | No | Directory to store downloaded media. Default './media'. | ./media |
| WAXUM_SESSION_ID | No | The WhatsApp session to operate on. | |
| WAXUM_BINARY_PATH | No | Path to the waxum binary. Required in spawn mode. |
