Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| PUBLIC_BASE_URL | No | Public HTTPS base URL of the server (must match the host for OAuth; required for grok.com connector or VPS setup) | |
| OAUTH_LOGIN_PASSWORD | No | Password for the OAuth owner login page (if not set, must be configured via 'health oauth set-password') | |
| HEALTH_STALE_AFTER_HOURS | No | Hours after which sync data is considered stale (default: 36) | 36 |
