Server Configuration

| GITHUB_TOKEN | No | GitHub token used for live GitHub hygiene data (open PRs, stale issues, failing checks). If not set, fixture data is used. | |
| MCP_AUTH_TOKEN | No | When set, require Authorization: Bearer token for MCP requests (401 without WWW-Authenticate). | |
| BEDROCK_MODEL_ID | No | Bedrock model ID to use for the daily ops brief (e.g. amazon.nova-pro-v1:0). If not set, a mock brief is generated. |
