# MCP Docs Manager Roadmap
This document outlines the development roadmap for the MCP Docs Manager service. It provides an overview of planned features, enhancements, and improvements.
## Current Status
The MCP Docs Manager is currently in active development. The core functionality for managing documentation files is implemented, with a focus on:
- Reading markdown files with frontmatter metadata
- Listing and organizing documentation files
- Getting documentation structure and navigation
- Writing and updating documentation with metadata
- Editing and deleting documentation
- Searching for documentation
- Generating comprehensive knowledge bases for LLM context
- MCP integration with proper response handling

## Implementation Details
The MCP Docs Manager is implemented as a TypeScript service that integrates with the Model Context Protocol (MCP). It provides tools for:

- Manage frontmatter metadata
- Organize documentation structure
2. **Documentation Structure Management**:
- Maintain hierarchical structure
