Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| BACKEND | Yes | AI backend: 'openai' (NVIDIA/OpenAI/通义等) or 'ollama' (local). | openai |
| OLLAMA_MODEL | No | Model name for Ollama backend (e.g., 'qwen2:7b'). | |
| OPENAI_MODEL | No | Model name for OpenAI-compatible backend. Defaults to NVIDIA Nemotron. | |
| WHISPER_MODEL | No | Default Whisper model for transcription (e.g., 'small' or custom model name). | |
| OPENAI_BASE_URL | No | Base URL for OpenAI-compatible backend. Defaults to NVIDIA gateway. |
