| TEAMS_MCP_READ_ONLY | No | Start the MCP server in read-only mode (`true`), which disables all write operations and requests only read-permission scopes from Microsoft Graph. Can also be enabled with the CLI flag `--read-only`. | |
| TEAMS_MCP_TENANT_ID | No | Pin the authority to a specific tenant (GUID or domain, e.g. `contoso.onmicrosoft.com`); required for single-tenant app registrations. |
