| SESSION_SECRET | Yes | Random hex string for signing sessions. | |
| GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID | Yes | Google OAuth client ID from Google Cloud Console. | |
| GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET | Yes | Google OAuth client secret from Google Cloud Console. | |
| GOOGLE_MCP_CALLBACK_URL | Yes | Callback URL for Google OAuth, e.g., https://your-domain/google/callback. |
