For resistors/capacitors by exact value prefer search_passives. Tier semantics: basic = pre-loaded at JLCPCB, no loading fee; preferred = Preferred Extended, $3 loading fee waived (Economic PCBA); extended = one-time $3 loading fee per unique part per order.
