memory_search
Query the shared memory to recall notes, preferences, and decisions across Claude windows, so conversations start with existing context instead of repeating background.
Instructions
Search the shared memory. Space-separated keywords; matches any by default (match="all" requires every keyword). Empty query returns the most recent entries. Call once at the start of a new conversation.
