Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| TUNINGFORK_PROTECTED | No | Comma-separated list of model servers that tuningfork must never send anything to (equivalent to the "protected" list in ~/.config/tuningfork/config.json or a recordings folder's config.json, e.g. "localhost:1234"). |
