Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| TLS_CERT_FILE | No | Path to TLS certificate file | |
| OAUTH_BASE_URL | No | Base URL for the OAuth server (default: http://localhost:9100) | |
| TOKEN_TTL_SECONDS | No | Access token TTL in seconds (default: 3600) | |
| SEED_REFRESH_TOKEN | No | Seed refresh token for testing |
