Antigravity MCP Orchestrator
Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.
| Name | Required | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| PYTHONUNBUFFERED | No | Set to "1" to disable Python output buffering when running the server via python3 server.py --stdio. | 1 |
Instructions
Guidance the server publishes about itself, which clients place ahead of the tool catalog so the model reads it before choosing anything.
This server publishes no instructions, or was last inspected before Glama recorded them.

Tools
Functions exposed to the LLM to take actions
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| get_antigravity_statusA | Returns the real-time status of Google Antigravity IDE, including active workspace paths, config locations, total skills/plugins/rules counts, and system environment. |
| list_known_workspacesA | Discovers and lists all known development projects and workspaces on the user's system, showing which one is currently active. |
| set_active_workspaceA | Dynamically switches the active workspace to another folder/repository on the user's machine at runtime. All subsequent commands, skills, and rules will target this new workspace without restarting the server. |
| list_skillsC | Discovers and lists all skills available to Antigravity agents. Can filter by scope ('all', 'workspace', 'global', 'builtin', 'plugins') or by plugin name. |
| get_skillA | Retrieves the complete instructions (SKILL.md), YAML frontmatter, procedures, and associated scripts/references/examples for a specific Antigravity skill. |
| search_skillsA | Searches skills by natural language query or keywords across skill names and descriptions to find the right procedure for a task. |
| list_pluginsB | Lists all installed Antigravity plugins across workspace and global configurations (~/.gemini/config/plugins), including their manifests, descriptions, versions, exposed skills, and subagents. |
| get_plugin_detailsA | Gets full configuration, manifest metadata, rules, and MCP definitions of a specific plugin (e.g. 'cursor-team-kit', 'ponytail', 'pstack'). |
| list_rulesA | Discovers all active rules across workspace (GEMINI.md, AGENTS.md, .agents/rules/.md) and global settings (~/.gemini/config/rules/.md). |
| get_ruleB | Reads the full content and triggers of an Antigravity rule file by name or path. |
| list_conversationsB | Lists recent Antigravity IDE conversations, timestamps, artifacts counts, and status from the brain store. |
| get_conversation_transcriptB | Inspects the execution transcript of an Antigravity conversation, allowing Gemini to review recent agent steps, user prompts, thoughts, and tool invocations. |
| list_artifactsB | Lists generated artifacts (plans, code diffs, reports, diagrams) in the Antigravity conversation brain directory. |
| read_artifactB | Reads the markdown or code content of a specific artifact file. |
| execute_workspace_commandB | Executes a shell command directly in the Antigravity workspace, capturing stdout, stderr, exit code, and execution time. |
| create_workspace_skillC | Scaffolds a new Antigravity skill adhering to the Antigravity Customization System (creates SKILL.md with YAML frontmatter). |
| create_workspace_ruleB | Creates an Antigravity rule in the workspace (.agents/rules/*.md or GEMINI.md) or global settings. |
| orchestrate_agent_workflowC | Formulates an end-to-end execution blueprint for a task by identifying required Antigravity skills, applicable rules, and steps. |
Prompts
Interactive templates invoked by user choice
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| orchestrate-task | Guides Google Gemini in selecting relevant Antigravity skills, inspecting workspace rules, and issuing coordinated actions. |
| audit-customizations | Prompts Gemini to perform a thorough audit of the project's skills, rules, and plugins. |
Resources
Contextual data attached and managed by the client
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Antigravity IDE Status | Live snapshot of the Antigravity IDE, paths, and total customization counts. |
| Skills Catalog | Catalog of all discovered global, workspace, and plugin skills. |
| Plugins Catalog | List and manifest summary of all installed plugins. |

| Recent Conversations | Recent conversations and generated artifacts in the Antigravity brain. |
TDQS
Scored across 18 tools
Each tool largely targets a distinct resource or action (plugins, skills, rules, conversations, artifacts, workspaces, commands, workflow orchestration), with clear list/get/search/create distinctions. Minor potential confusion exists between get_antigravity_status and list_known_workspaces for workspace discovery, and between list_skills and search_skills for finding skills, but boundaries are generally clear.
All tool names use a consistent snake_case verb_noun pattern: get_, list_, set_, search_, execute_, create_, orchestrate_. There are no deviations or mixed conventions.
18 tools for an orchestrator covering multiple resource types (plugins, skills, rules, conversations, artifacts, workspaces, commands, workflow) is somewhat heavy but reasonable. Each resource has a small, focused set of operations, though some list/get pairs could arguably be consolidated.
The surface provides good discovery and read coverage, plus create operations for skills and rules. However, update and delete operations are missing for skills and rules, and there is no lifecycle management for conversations, artifacts, or workspaces, leaving notable gaps for full management.
