Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN | Yes | A narrowly scoped Cloudflare API token for deployment. | |
| CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID | Yes | The Cloudflare account ID for the separate account. | |
| EXPECTED_CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID | Yes | The expected Cloudflare account ID that must match CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID to pass the deployment guard. |
