Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_HOST | No | The host interface to bind the MCP streamable HTTP server to. Used in Docker deployments (e.g., 0.0.0.0). | |
| MCP_PORT | No | The port for the MCP streamable HTTP server. Default port depends on the variant: sap-docs defaults to 3122, abap defaults to 3124. The HTTP status server uses a different port (3001 for sap-docs, 3002 for abap). | |
| MCP_VARIANT | No | Selects the MCP server variant. Allowed values: 'sap-docs' or 'abap'. Resolution order: MCP_VARIANT environment variable, then .mcp-variant file, then fallback to 'sap-docs'. | sap-docs |
