Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| SESSION_SECRET | Yes | Signing key for session cookies. REQUIRED in production. | |
| AGENT_KANBAN_BOOTSTRAP_ADMIN_PASSWORD | No | First-run admin password (optional; if unset, the UI setup screen creates the first admin). |
