# ACTIVE MCP SDK

The ACTIVE MCP SDK is a software development kit (SDK) that enables MCP-compatible AI assistants, such as Claude Desktop and GitHub Copilot, to connect to ACTIVE platform services through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The SDK allows users to access information and interact with supported ACTIVE products directly from their AI client.

## Prerequisites

- Node.js 18.0 or later
- npm
- Git
- An MCP-compatible AI client
- Valid credentials for the target ACTIVE product
