Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| EGRESS_ALLOWLIST | Yes | Comma-separated list of allowed upstream hosts (e.g., api.open-meteo.com) | |
| ANTHROPIC_API_KEY | No | Anthropic API key for LLM fallback; can be a dummy value if not using free-form NL | |
| OWNER_TOKEN_SECRET | Yes | HMAC signing secret for owner token | |
