Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| APIGEE_ACCESS_TOKEN | No | Access token obtained via `gcloud auth print-access-token`. Takes priority over ADC and GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS. | |
| GOOGLE_APPLICATION_CREDENTIALS | No | Path to a service account JSON key file. Used if APIGEE_ACCESS_TOKEN is not set. |
