| HELIO_DASHBOARD_SECRET | No | The dashboard API secret. Set this if your helio.yaml uses the ${HELIO_DASHBOARD_SECRET} placeholder (e.g., when authoring the config by hand). Generate with `openssl rand -hex 32`. Not required if your config already contains the SHA-256 digest of the secret. |
