Серверный Model Context Protocol сервер без серверной части на AWS Lambda, который позволяет Claude Code, Claude Desktop и claude.ai Routines отправлять электронные письма (Amazon SES), SMS/MMS/RCS (AWS End User Messaging) и обмениваться файлами через CloudFront-подписанные ссылки для загрузки.

[!NOTE] Статус: M0 (bootstrap). Приложение поставляется по этапам; см. PRD §16 и текущий план реализации.
