Tools split cleanly along resource+action lines (folders vs bookmarks vs auth/quota), and each has a distinct purpose. Minor overlap exists between ilinks_move_to_temp and ilinks_update_bookmark (which can also change a bookmark's folder), but descriptions differentiate them well enough.
All 13 tools follow the same ilinks_verb_noun snake_case pattern (create_bookmark, update_folder, list_folders, batch_create_bookmarks, etc.). No deviations in case or verb style.
13 tools is a well-scoped size for a bookmark/folder manager. Each tool maps to a needed operation (auth, quota, CRUD for folders, CRUD for bookmarks, search, batch, temp bin), with no obviously redundant entries.
Full CRUD lifecycle is covered for both folders and bookmarks, plus search, quota, auth, batch creation, and temp-bin moves. However, folders support type 'note' yet no note operations exist, and there is no single-bookmark get or reordering tool, leaving some gaps.
