MCP server for Kenya health information: a SHIF contribution calculator, a small hand-compiled facility sample (not the master facility list), the maternal care schedule and health rights. It has no live KHIS or DHIS2 connection.

## Live data
- `dhs_health_indicator`: official Kenya DHS 2022 figures (vaccination, stunting, skilled birth attendance, modern contraception, under-five mortality), nationally or by county, via the [DHS Program API](https://api.dhsprogram.com).
Each live answer names its source, attribution and retrieval time; if a service does not answer, the tool returns an error instead of a number. The other tools are unchanged.
