Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| ALLOWED_PAGE_IDS | No | Comma-separated list of page IDs to restrict operations to an allowlist. | |
| BLOCKED_PAGE_IDS | No | Comma-separated list of page IDs to deny specific pages. | |
| ENABLE_AUDIT_LOG | No | Set to 'false' to disable local operation audit logging. Defaults to 'true'. | true |
| MAX_REQUESTS_PER_MINUTE | No | Controls in-process request throttling. Defaults to '60'. | 60 |
| NOTION_ROOT_PARENT_PAGE_ID | No | Enables the 'create_root_page' tool. Set to the ID of the root parent page. | |
| MCP_NOTION_ROOT_PARENT_PAGE_ID | No | Compatibility alias for NOTION_ROOT_PARENT_PAGE_ID. |
