Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.
| Name | Required | Description | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| ADBFLEET_ADB | No | Path to the adb binary. The server looks for adb at $ADBFLEET_ADB, then $ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools, then on your PATH. | |
| ANDROID_HOME | No | Android SDK location; used as a fallback to find adb at $ANDROID_HOME/platform-tools when $ADBFLEET_ADB is not set. | |
| ADBFLEET_INVENTORY | No | Path to the adbfleet fleet.json inventory with device names and tags, letting the assistant refer to devices by name. The server also reads it from --inventory, ./fleet.json or ~/.config/adbfleet/fleet.json. | |
| ADBFLEET_MCP_ALLOW_SHELL | No | Expose the run_shell_on_devices tool (off by default; equivalent to the --allow-shell flag). Set to 1 to enable. |
