Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

`GMC_D1_ID`	Yes	UUID of the github-multi-connect D1 database.
`GMC_ACTIVE_ID`	Yes	Active encryption key version, e.g. v1.
`GMC_ADMIN_KEY`	Yes	Admin key for /admin. Store as a Cloudflare Worker Secret.
`GMC_OAUTH_TTL`	No	OAuth access token TTL in seconds (300–3600; default 900).	900
`GMC_COOKIE_KEY`	Yes	Key for signing admin HttpOnly/Secure/SameSite cookies. Store as a Cloudflare Worker Secret.
`GMC_INGEST_JWK`	Yes	RSA private JWK used by the browser to encrypt GitHub tokens. Store as a Cloudflare Worker Secret.
`GMC_PUBLIC_URL`	Yes	The public HTTPS MCP URL, e.g. https://gmc.135468.xyz/mcp. Only the full HTTPS MCP URL is allowed.
`GMC_WRITE_MODE`	No	Write mode: disabled (default) or approval. Set to approval to enable write operations.	disabled
`GMC_APPROVAL_KEY`	Yes	Independent approval key required on the OAuth authorization page. Never place it in AI conversation or MCP configuration.
`GMC_CONTENT_MODE`	No	Content mode: disabled (default) or enabled. Enables optional file reading.	disabled
`GMC_KEYRING_JSON`	Yes	JSON keyring containing AES-256-GCM data encryption keys. Store as a Cloudflare Worker Secret.
