🌟 Executive Summary: Why ChronosMCP Wins Codegeist 2026

Modern software enterprises do not ship breaking releases because their engineers write bad code. They ship breaking releases because critical context is trapped in silos.

The Real-World Disaster

  1. The Core-Pay Backend Team deploys a breaking payment token schema change in SCRUM-1 (settlement_token v2 migrated to vault_token_v3), believing it is an isolated backend speed improvement.

  2. The Mobile Checkout Team (SCRUM-2) is completely unaware that their instant checkout pipeline depends directly on the legacy v2 contract.

  3. The Confluence Regulatory Policy (POL-402: PCI-DSS v4.0 Zero-Drift Mandate) mandates a 14-day backward-compatibility adapter before altering settlement schemas, but this policy is trapped unread in a documentation space.

  4. The Impact: The release deploys. Mobile instant checkout throws HTTP 422 Unprocessable Entity for ~140,000 active checkout sessions/hour, causing massive customer transaction rollbacks and severe compliance fines.

The Solution: ChronosMCP (VeriGraph AI)

ChronosMCP transforms Jira into an autonomous flight simulator for software releases:

  • Causal Blast-Radius Simulator: Scans live Jira links, subtasks, and Confluence policies to calculate a live, deterministic Ship Confidence Score (0% to 100%) across 4 risk vectors before deployment.

  • Teamwork Graph Connected Context: Automatically maps multi-hop organizational relationships: Source Issue (SCRUM-1) ➔ Downstream Dependent Issue (SCRUM-2) ➔ Governance Policy (POL-402) ➔ Engineering Approvers (FOKRUL ISLAM, Elena Rostova).

  • Autonomous Rovo Agent Silo Alignment: In 1 click or chat command, Rovo auto-provisions Jira mitigation subtasks (SCRUM-5), alerts affected downstream teams, verifies contracts, and upgrades the Ship Confidence Score from 38% (Critical Risk) to 98% (Cleared for Release).

  • Bi-Directional Atlassian MCP Server: Native Forge WebTrigger exposing a spec-compliant JSON-RPC 2.0 server (2024-11-05), empowering external AI IDEs (Cursor, Antigravity, Claude Desktop) to query live Jira/Confluence context directly from the developer's terminal.

  • Zero-Trust SHA-256 Release Ledger: Generates tamper-evident Merkle context receipts persisted into Atlassian Forge KVS (@forge/kvs), mathematically guaranteeing verifiable release compliance.

🔒 Security, Compliance & Data Isolation

  • Atlassian Tenant Sandboxing: Runs 100% within the native Atlassian Forge runtime (nodejs22.x). No data is ever transmitted to external third-party databases.

  • Tenant-Level KVS: Cryptographic receipts and policy evaluations are isolated per customer tenant using @forge/kvs.

  • Zero-Deprecation Compliance: Built using modern @forge/kvs with zero deprecation warnings.

  • Auditable Cryptographic Proofs: Release decisions are sealed with SHA-256 Merkle hashes combining ticket summaries, dependencies, and approver IDs.
