Control another PC's desktop from Claude Code (and other AI tools) via the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

Claude Code's built-in Remote Control surfaces your own session on another device. FlashDesk is different: it lets an AI tool drive another machine's actual desktop — take a screenshot, move and click the mouse, type on the keyboard, run SSH commands, and transfer files — for GUI work that SSH can't reach (installers, settings dialogs, desktop apps) on a remote machine. The remote PC approves each connection.

Quick start (3 steps)

MCP is enabled on the controlling side — the PC where Claude Code runs. FlashDesk must be installed there too (the MCP server is the local FlashDesk executable). The remote PC just needs FlashDesk installed and to approve the incoming connection — no MCP setup on that side.

1. On the PC running Claude Code: install FlashDesk and turn on external AI tool access in Settings (off by default).

2. On that same PC: copy the MCP config (Settings → Copy MCP config) and paste it into Claude Code's MCP settings. command is that PC's local FlashDesk path:

3. Ask Claude Code, in natural language, to connect to a saved remote device and get something done — e.g. "connect to and finish the installer that's open." The AI decides when to screenshot, where to click, and what to type; FlashDesk performs it on the remote machine.

Supported AI tools

Any MCP-compatible client: Claude Desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT desktop / Codex CLI, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code (GitHub Copilot Chat). Web-only chats generally can't use a local MCP server — use a desktop app or CLI.

Security

• Connections require approval on the remote side; the remote screen window stays visible during an MCP-driven session (not hidden).

• Screen video, keystrokes, mouse input, transferred files, and SSH payloads are not stored on FlashDesk's relay servers. See https://flashdesk.io/security.html for details.

Pricing

Free for personal, non-commercial use. Business / commercial use is Pro (¥980 / seat / month). A "seat" is a device used on the controlling (Viewer) side; the remote PCs you connect to don't consume seats.

3 ステップで動かす

MCP を有効化して設定を貼るのは、どちらも Claude Code を動かす側（操作する側）の PC です。 そのため FlashDesk は操作する側にも入れておきます（MCP サーバーはローカルの FlashDesk 実行ファイル）。 **操作される側（別拠点の PC）**は、FlashDesk を入れて接続を許可できる状態にしておけば OK（MCP 設定は不要）です。

1. 操作する側の PC（Claude Code を動かす PC）：FlashDesk を入れ、設定で「外部 AI ツールのアクセス」を ON（既定 OFF）。

2. 同じ PC：FlashDesk 設定の「MCP 設定をコピー」で出る JSON を Claude Code の MCP 設定に貼る（command はその PC の FlashDesk 実行パス）。

3. Claude Code に自然言語で頼む：保存済みの接続先（別拠点の PC）を指定して「◯◯に接続して、△△しておいて」。 画面を撮って状況を見る・どこをクリックするか・何を入力するかは AI が判断し、FlashDesk が遠隔のマシンで実行します。

対応 AI ツール

MCP 対応クライアント全般：Claude Desktop、Claude Code、ChatGPT デスクトップ / Codex CLI、Cursor、 Windsurf、VS Code（GitHub Copilot Chat）。Web だけのチャットは通常ローカル MCP を使えないので、デスクトップ版か CLI を使ってください。

セキュリティ

• 接続には接続先側の許可が必要です。MCP 操作中も遠隔画面のウィンドウは隠されず表示されます。

• 画面映像・キー入力・マウス操作・転送ファイル・SSH の中身は、FlashDesk の中継サーバーには保存されません。詳しくは https://flashdesk.io/security.html 。

料金

個人の非商用利用は無料。業務・商用は Pro（¥980 / 席・月）。「席」は操作する側（Viewer）の端末数で、接続される側の PC は何台あっても席を消費しません。
