Provides a confirm-before-trade Spot briefing agent for Binance, using live or dry-run market context to generate trade briefings and place human-confirmed order drafts in an isolated Agentic virtual sub-account. Supports market data, account, trade, and transfer scopes, with withdrawals unavailable.
