Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| CRM_MCP_DB_PATH | No | Path to the synthetic SQLite database file. Defaults to data/cdp.db relative to project root if not set. | |
| CRM_MCP_GOV_DIR | No | Directory path for governance state (approval database, decision log, ledgers, breaker and kill-switch files). Defaults to a git-ignored directory outside the repository if not set. |
