Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| KINKEEPER_TOKEN | No | A bearer token required when binding beyond localhost. With a broad bind, every /api/* and /mcp request from a non-loopback client must send `Authorization: Bearer <KINKEEPER_TOKEN>`; loopback clients stay unrestricted. Static assets remain public. |
