Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| MCP_AUTH_TOKEN | No | Bearer token used for authentication. Do not set for Claude.ai connectors as they do not send the Authorization header. | |
| EDGAR_USER_AGENT | Yes | User agent string required by SEC EDGAR. Must be a real name and email address (e.g., 'Your Name your.email@example.com') to avoid 403 errors. | |
| MCP_AUTH_REQUIRED | No | Set to 'true' to require bearer token authentication for HTTP transport (e.g., when using Claude Code). |
