Server Configuration

Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

MCP_AUTH_TOKENNoBearer token used for authentication. Do not set for Claude.ai connectors as they do not send the Authorization header.
EDGAR_USER_AGENTYesUser agent string required by SEC EDGAR. Must be a real name and email address (e.g., 'Your Name your.email@example.com') to avoid 403 errors.
MCP_AUTH_REQUIREDNoSet to 'true' to require bearer token authentication for HTTP transport (e.g., when using Claude Code).
