Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| ANDROID_SERIAL | No | Default device serial, overrides auto-detection. When only one device is connected, tools auto-detect it; with multiple devices, pass the serial parameter explicitly or set ANDROID_SERIAL. | |
| SCRCPY_SERVER_PATH | No | Path to the scrcpy-server binary (auto-detected by default). Must point directly to the scrcpy-server file itself, NOT to its parent folder. | |
| SCRCPY_SERVER_VERSION | No | Version of the scrcpy-server binary (auto-detected by default). Only set if version auto-detection fails — it overrides detection, so a stale value causes a version mismatch. Match it to your installed scrcpy (`scrcpy --version`), e.g. "4.1". |
