amz_get_scrape (poll a job) and amz_get_scrape_result (read the result, returning pending while running) have blurry boundaries that an agent could easily confuse, and amz_get_product_media overlaps with the result-reading flow. The descriptions do help distinguish cached reads from new extractions, but the three get_* extraction tools require careful reading to choose correctly.
Every tool uses the same amz_ prefix followed by a verb_noun pattern (create_scrape, get_scrape, get_product_media, convert_video, get_usage). The only mild irregularity is the near-duplicate get_scrape / get_scrape_result pair, but the convention itself is uniform and predictable.
Six tools is a tight, well-scoped surface for an extraction-and-conversion service. Each tool maps to a distinct step (submit, poll, fetch result, cached read, convert, quota) with no filler.
The lifecycle is largely covered: create a job, poll it, read the result, read cache, convert video, and check credits. Minor gaps exist — no way to cancel or delete a job, and no job-list operation — which agents can work around by polling known job handles.
