Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| WEBHOOK_PORT | No | Port for the webhook receiver. | 9443 |
| REVIEW_DEBOUNCE_MS | No | Debounce interval for review events in milliseconds. | 30000 |
| GITHUB_WEBHOOK_SECRET | No | Secret for webhook HMAC verification. Generate with `openssl rand -hex 32`. |
