Offline, deterministischer Nachweis, dass jedes erforderliche Compliance-Artefakt für eine gelieferte Release-Entscheidung geliefert wurde: NOTICE, Lizenztext, Quellangebot, Quellbündel oder Änderungshinweis. Eingaben und Berichte enthalten nur Hashes, Verpflichtungscodes und begrenzte Metadaten – niemals Lizenztexte, Urheberrechtstexte, Paketquellen oder Geheimnisse.

Dies ist bewusst kein weiterer Lizenz-Scanner. dsh-license-guard scannt bereits node_modules, normalisiert SPDX-Identifikatoren und wendet eine Erlauben/Verweigern-Richtlinie an. Dieses Plugin setzt nach dem Scannen und der Expertenprüfung an: Es verifiziert, dass die deklarierte Komponentenmenge, Entscheidungen, Verpflichtungen, gelieferte Artefakt-Digests, eindeutige Belege und eine aktuelle, null ungelöste Abschlussprüfung übereinstimmen. Es scannt keine Pakete, normalisiert kein SPDX, interpretiert keine Lizenz und bietet keine Rechtsberatung.

DSH-Tools: dsh_license_obligation_inspect und dsh_license_obligation_verify. MCP stellt äquivalente, nur auf Nachweisen basierende Inline-Tools bereit. Berichte behalten explizit provesComponentSetExhaustive: false und provesLegalCompliance: false bei.
