Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| STORAGE_DIR | No | Local image storage directory. Alternatively, S3-compatible credentials can be supplied. A storage backend is required. | |
| ANALYSIS_MODEL | No | Optionally selects the model used for AI image analysis (used with ANTHROPIC_API_KEY). | |
| MCP_AUTH_TOKEN | Yes | A revocable token created under Einstellungen, sent as an Authorization: Bearer header to the MCP endpoint (e.g. http://localhost:3000/api/mcp). | |
| ANTHROPIC_API_KEY | No | Enables optional AI image analysis and briefing drafts. Without it, upload, capture, curation and text search still work. | |
| EMBEDDINGS_API_KEY | No | Enables optional semantic search. Without it, text search remains available. | |
| ADOBE_FONTS_API_TOKEN | No | Enables Adobe font previews and metadata sync (requires your own font permissions). Without it, a system font fallback is used. |
