Keeps logins, passwords and API keys and serves them, with your hosts, to Claude Desktop as a remote MCP server

## Overview
MCP Vault turns your Termix server into a remote MCP server. Claude Desktop and other MCP clients sign in with a Termix API key and get your hosts, a vault of logins and API keys, and your monitoring, ticketing and code services.
Read the [docs](docs/index.md) to set it up and use it.
## Features
- A vault for logins, passwords, API keys and notes
- TOTP codes for logins with a two-factor secret
- A remote MCP server at `/plugin-api/mcp-vault/mcp`
- Claude Desktop signs in with a Termix API key
- Tools for hosts and vault items, modelled on Bitwarden's MCP server
- Secret reads over MCP are written to the audit log
- Quick connections to Termix, Zabbix, Grafana, PagerDuty, Uptime Kuma, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira and Confluence
- Import hosts from another Termix into the MCP server
- Create the `claude_mcp` service account with an SSH key on hosts

## Support
Bugs and ideas for MCP Vault go in this repo: [report a bug](https://github.com/dmitriy-lyakhov/termix-plugin-mcp-vault/issues/new?template=bug_report.yml) or [request a feature](https://github.com/dmitriy-lyakhov/termix-plugin-mcp-vault/issues/new?template=feature_request.yml).
Problems with Termix itself (login, hosts, credentials, sharing, sync) go in the [Termix repo](https://github.com/Termix-SSH/Termix/issues/new/choose).
Add as much detail as you can, in English if possible.
