| APPROVAL_PASSWORD | No | A separate password for approving client connections. Required unless external authorization is enabled via Cloudflare Access. | |
| CALENDAR_TIMEZONE | No | Your IANA time zone name, such as America/New_York. | UTC |
| ICLOUD_APP_PASSWORD | Yes | The Apple app-specific password generated for Apple Calendar MCP. | |
| EXTERNAL_AUTHORIZATION | No | Set to true only after Cloudflare Access protects /authorize, to replace the approval password. |
