Env vars (BYOK — no fake data, fail-closed)

Without ETSY_ACCESS_TOKEN + ETSY_SHOP_ID every tool returns config_error (no invented shop). Without GOLD_LICENSE_KEY every tool throws requires PRO license — fail-closed.
