Server Configuration
Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| UPDATER_TOKEN | No | Optional token to enable one-click in-app updates. Generated with `openssl rand -hex 32`. | |
| APP_SECRET_KEY | Yes | Signs session cookies (≥32 chars). Rotating logs everyone out. Generate with `python -c 'import secrets; print(secrets.token_hex(32))'`. | |
| TOKEN_ENCRYPTION_KEY | Yes | Fernet key for OAuth/API credentials in DB. Losing it orphans tokens. Generate with `python -c 'from cryptography.fernet import Fernet; print(Fernet.generate_key().decode())'`. | |
