| FASTMAIL_API_TOKEN | Yes | Your Fastmail API token. Required to authenticate with the Fastmail API. | |
| FASTMAIL_DOWNLOAD_DIR | No | Optional directory for attachment downloads. Defaults to ~/Downloads/fastmail-mcp/. download_attachment savePaths are confined to this directory. | |
| FASTMAIL_ALLOW_UNSAFE_BASE_URL | No | Set to true to allow self-hosted JMAP servers with a custom FASTMAIL_BASE_URL outside the default accepted hosts. |
