| NEO4J_PASSWORD | Yes | The password for the Neo4j database | |
| NEO4J_USERNAME | Yes | The username for the Neo4j database | |
| OPENAI_API_KEY | Yes | The OpenAI API key used for embeddings in the search_resumes tool |
