Describes the environment variables required to run the server.

| SESSION_SECRET | Yes | Secret for signing session cookies (32+ random bytes). | |
| TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID | No | Optional Telegram chat ID for daily task digests. | |
| TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN | No | Optional Telegram bot token for daily task digests. | |
| OWNER_PASSWORD_HASH | Yes | PBKDF2 hash of the owner's password (setup generates it). |
